1% Rebate on The Purchase of Your New Home!

I want to help future home buyers by giving them a 1% rebate on their home purchase.

Here is how it works:

a. If you feel that you are ready to be buying your new home between
now and the next 4 months sign up on the Blue “Click Here To Sign Up Link”

b. Once you find a home that you want to buy and we have a contract
in place, I will let the lender know that my firm will be offering a 1%
rebate based on the purchase price of the home. Ex: a $300,000
home will be given a $3,000 rebate to help you with your closing
cost. A $400,000 home will be given a $4,000 rebate to be used for
your closing cost, and so on.

Qualifications
a. You must be qualified and be approved by a local lender. If you don’t
have a lender, I can provide several extremely qualified referrals.
b. Once approved I will put you on my rebate list.
c. Buyer must use Apex International Realty as their real estate
agency for representation.
d. Home being purchased must be in either Broward or Miami – Dade
County.
e. Commission being offered by seller must be a minimum of 2.5% to
selling agent
f. Minimum Purchase $150,000
g. No Maximum on Purchase Price
h. Closing of property must occur to receive rebate
i. Cash Offers will qualify for Rebate.
j. Title company doing closing must be local. If you don’t have a title
company I can recommend several extremely qualified attorney
firms that can do the closing.
